As Trustees of Dementia Sings Out, we never fail to be humbled by the response of the community in supporting our charity. The latest example of this is the new Wellingborough Golf Club Ladies Captain, Sheena Markham, dedicating her year in office to fundraising for DSO. The generosity of the Club’s management and caterers meant that nearly 100 players enjoyed a hugely successful day’s golf in near-perfect conditions with the added bonus of raising nearly £3,000 to ensure that DSO continues to thrive over the coming 12 months.
