A five course meal was created by Alfie, the grandson of one of our loyal supporters. He was ably assisted by his sous-chef, Amelie, in the kitchen at Pops and Nana Gill’s to present a fabulous meal to raise £50 for Dementia Sings Out.
It was based on the Peaky Blinders’ Cook Book and included black pudding with rhubarb coulis, lime and gin cheesecake and Eton Mess. Alfie’s hard work was rewarded by Pops and Nana and their friends Lis and Linda, who paid to dine.
